The production process of melamine acoustic wall panels mainly includes the following steps:
1, Material preparation
Substrate selection: Common substrates include density board, particleboard, etc. These substrates need to have good stability and load-bearing capacity.
Preparation of decorative materials: Melamine impregnated adhesive film paper (triamine paper) is used as the decorative material, with a rich selection of colors and textures. These papers require special treatment to ensure they can adhere firmly to the substrate.
2, Immersion and drying
Immersion process: Soak the prepared melamine impregnated film paper in melamine resin adhesive, allowing the resin to evenly penetrate into the paper fibers. This step requires strict control of impregnation time and resin dosage to ensure that the paper meets the required resin content.
Drying process: The impregnated paper is sent to a drying equipment for drying treatment to remove volatile substances such as moisture and solvents. The drying temperature and time need to be strictly controlled to avoid excessive drying or cracking of the paper.

3, Paving and hot pressing
Paving process: Lay the dried melamine impregnated adhesive film paper on the surface of the substrate according to the design requirements. When paving, it is necessary to ensure that the paper is flat, free of bubbles and wrinkles.
Hot pressing process: Send the paved board into a hot press machine for heating and pressure treatment. The hot pressing temperature, pressure, and time need to be adjusted according to specific product requirements and process parameters. During the hot pressing process, the resin will melt and penetrate into the substrate, forming a strong bond with the substrate.
4, Post processing
Edge cutting and sanding: After the hot pressed board cools down, it needs to be cut on a longitudinal and transverse edge cutting machine to remove excess edge parts. Then, sand polish the back of the decorative panel to improve its flatness and aesthetics.
Quality inspection: Conduct quality inspection on finished products, including checking the size, thickness, flatness, color, and whether there are defects such as cracks and bubbles in the board.
Packaging and warehousing: Packaging qualified boards and sending them to the warehouse for storage. During the packaging process, it is necessary to ensure the moisture, dust, and damage prevention of the board.
5, Acoustic performance testing
After production, it is necessary to conduct acoustic performance testing on melamine acoustic wall panels to ensure that they meet specific acoustic requirements. These tests may include sound absorption coefficient testing, sound insulation performance testing, etc.
In summary, the production process of melamine acoustic wall panels is a complex and refined process that requires strict control of the quality and process parameters of each link to ensure the quality and performance of the final product.
