1. Are you factory or trading company? We have our own manufacturing facility, but our marketing department operates as a separate, independently accountable division.

2. What's yourpayment term? a. TT 30% in advance,other against copy documents. b. Irrevocable L/C at sight. c. ,EXW price & cash also acceptable For sure, the payment term can be also flexible depends on our long-term cooperation and mutural trust.

3. How is the goods being packed?Can you support customized packaging? Goods can be wrapped by plastic banding plus stretch film, palletized or any other packing upon customers request.

4. Can you support fast delivery? Delivery within 2-3 weeks after order confirmation . We can shorten the time depends on the real situation.

5. I would like to have my own design products and qty is not that big, is it ok? we can go with your customized design, the quantity is decided by the acutal raw materials we have in our stock.

6. Besides the acoustic slat panel and PET felt acoustic panel with desgin, whatelse you can offer for customers? Our company focuses entirely on providing acoustic decoration materials. Additionally, we assist clients in developing new colors, styles and other related materials. Meanwhile, we are planning to set up warehouses in Europe, which will enable us to offer better and faster services to EU clients.
